為持續(xù)優(yōu)化營(yíng)商環(huán)境，提升我市政務(wù)服務(wù)水平，北京市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)委員會(huì)會(huì)同北京市規(guī)劃和自然資源委員會(huì)、國(guó)家稅務(wù)總局北京市稅務(wù)局進(jìn)一步簡(jiǎn)化不動(dòng)產(chǎn)登記領(lǐng)域辦事流程，取消企業(yè)之間存量非住宅房屋買(mǎi)賣(mài)合同網(wǎng)上簽約的要求，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下：

自即日起，企業(yè)之間存量非住宅房屋買(mǎi)賣(mài)，雙方可持自行簽訂的買(mǎi)賣(mài)合同及相關(guān)材料，直接通過(guò)各區(qū)綜合服務(wù)窗口申請(qǐng)倉(cāng)庫(kù)、商業(yè)及辦公等非住宅用途房屋繳稅及轉(zhuǎn)移登記，對(duì)符合辦理?xiàng)l件的，自業(yè)務(wù)受理之日起2個(gè)工作日內(nèi)辦結(jié)。

存量非住宅房屋買(mǎi)賣(mài)其他有關(guān)政策不變。

Announcement on Cancellation of Compulsory Online Contract-Signing for Inter-corporate Non-residential Stock Housing Transactions

In order to continuously optimize the business environment and improve the municipal services, Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources and State Administration of Taxation Beijing Municipal Tax Service further streamline the process of real estate registration and cancel the compulsory online contract signing for inter-corporate non-residential stock housing transaction. The requirements are now announced as follows:

From now on, When the stocks of non-residential houses will be bought and sold between the enterprises. The two parties can bring their own signed paper contracts and other application documents for tax payment and real estate registration of non-residential properties such as warehouses, commercial and office buildings via the comprehensive service windows of the regional trading centers. If the application meets the requirements, the procedure will be completed within two days.

Other relevant policies for the transaction of non-residential properties remain unchanged.
